Glorion: The European Dominion — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 30 September 2026
This policy covers the Android and iOS versions of Glorion: The European Dominion. Features, purchase options and advertising availability may differ by platform or region.
Game data and preferences
Campaign progress, cities, armies, resources and preferences are stored on your device. Glorion does not currently provide a Glorion user-account service or upload game saves to a Glorion server. Language, audio and similar preferences are also stored locally. Your Google Play or Apple App Store account is not a Glorion game account.
You can delete game saves through the in-game save management. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove local progress. Operating-system backups and device-transfer features depend on your platform settings. Purchase entitlements and campaign progress are separate: restoring a purchase does not restore a deleted campaign.
Because Glorion does not currently provide a Glorion account or cloud-save service, there is no Glorion server-side game account or Glorion cloud-save record to delete.
Purchases
Google Play handles Android purchases and Apple App Store handles iOS purchases. Glorion does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product and ownership / transaction-verification information needed to unlock content and restore purchases. On Android, verified purchase receipts may be cached in the app's private local storage.
Google and Apple process payments and store-account information under their own terms and privacy policies. Uninstalling the app does not erase their transaction records. Refunds and store-account requests are handled through the relevant store.
Optional rewarded advertising and privacy choices
When you choose to watch a video for an in-game reward, the app may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to obtain and manage advertising privacy choices where required by applicable rules. Advertising requests are made in accordance with the applicable consent state.
When advertising services operate, Google and configured advertising partners may process IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device and application information, available identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Purposes may include ad delivery and measurement, security, fraud prevention and service operation. The app currently requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean that no data is processed.
You can use Game Settings → Privacy → Ad Privacy to open Google's privacy-options form when Google indicates that this option is required. The option may be disabled when it is not required or is unavailable. Rewarded ads are optional; if you choose not to watch an ad, the related video reward is not granted. Device-level advertising and tracking controls are managed separately by your operating system.

Support, sharing and retention
If you contact support@glorionstudio.com, your email address, message and any screenshots or technical information you voluntarily provide are processed to respond to and follow up on your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The email service provider may process correspondence as necessary to provide and secure the email service.
Local game saves remain on your device until they are deleted or overwritten. Google, Apple, advertising providers and email-service providers apply their own retention rules to information they process.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, perform necessary follow-up and comply with applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted unless retention is required by law.
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to provide the relevant service, and with competent authorities where required by law. Google, Apple and other service providers may process information in different countries and under their own applicable transfer mechanisms. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records held by third-party providers.
Security and your rights
Game files use operating-system app storage and payments use the relevant store infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the services we operate, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. For information processed directly by Glorion, contact support@glorionstudio.com. Requests concerning Google or Apple account records may also need to be directed to those providers. You may also have the right to contact a competent data-protection authority. Identity verification and applicable legal exceptions may be required when handling requests.
Children and age suitability
Glorion is intended for a general strategy-game audience and is not specifically designed for children. The publisher selects the target audience in the store settings. Official age ratings are determined from the game's content and the answers to the relevant store questionnaires, and may vary by platform or region. Regional child-privacy and consent-age rules apply where relevant.
If you believe that information relating to a child has been handled improperly in connection with Glorion, please contact support@glorionstudio.com.
Changes and website
If our data practices materially change, this policy will be updated and the effective date will be revised. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
When you open the privacy-policy website, the website or hosting provider may process standard connection information needed to deliver and secure the page. If we introduce non-essential cookies, analytics tools or similar tracking technologies, we will explain their purposes on the website and obtain your consent before use where required by applicable law.
